01 Nature of Sales

Le Vault is a strictly mediated pre-owned luxury resale platform. All sales are final except in the cases provided below.

02 Buyer Protection Fund

A 3% Buyer Protection Fund contribution is applied to every purchase, covering: item significantly different from description, item not received within 14 business days of shipment, authenticity dispute after independent expert review — provided official documentation is presented.

03 Dispute Window

Buyers have 48 hours from confirmed delivery to open a dispute. After this period, the order is automatically confirmed and payment released to the seller.

04 Evidence Required

To support a claim: photos of the item upon receipt, description of the discrepancy, supporting documentation.

05 Resolution Process

Le Vault will: notify the seller and request a response within 48 hours, review all evidence from both parties, issue a decision within 5 business days, and if approved, process a full refund including shipping costs.

06 Exclusions

Disputes will not be accepted for: change of mind, minor wear consistent with disclosed pre-owned condition, colour variations due to photography, items returned without prior authorisation.
